After a long development period that included a series of table reads, rehearsals, and live performances, the new scripted comedy project VEX VOOM IN THE 21st CENTURY is currently in production. The cast is on its way to filming all 26 episodes, which will be available in both audio and video formats on platforms to be named soon.

VEX VOOM is a comedy-scifi-mystery-adventure serial billed as '1938's top radio program, set in the far-off future of 2028 A.D.' It's a fast-paced, hilarious romp filled with period voices, lingo and references as it satirizes current-day America. Anthony DeVito has been part of the core cast since the project's inception, and voices characters ranging from street urchins to cheery waiters to bizarre crooks to captains of industry. 

The cast of VEX VOOM return to Wesley Stace's Cabinet of Wonders for another live performance April 12 at City Winery. Tickets
