Keep any eye out for my upcoming commercial for Take 5 from the NY Lottery. I play one of a small band of terrified medieval soldiers who are facing truly horrible odds.
Thank you to Carole Ingber for sending me to House Casting, and to McCann Advertising and director Tom Kuntz for casting me. It was a fun getting decked out like a Game of Thrones character for the shoot, but for me the best part by far was getting to spend a day with Wanda, the miniature Sicilian donkey. I know the spot's going to be funny... I can't wait to see it!
Even though I hate math, I realized I've been in a lot of viral videos recently. So I dusted off the old abacus and tallied up the views. To date, I've been seen over 7 million times (combined on Facebook and YouTube) in comedy videos for Above Average, Funny Or Die, The Key of Awesome, The Kicker and more. Here are a few of the viralest!
Season 4, Episode 2: "Things Are Going To Get Worse" directed by Sanford Bookstaver
I had a great time lip-syncing in my second video for my pals The Key of Awesome. This time, we recreated Lorde's "Green Light" video, with a much bigger part for her Uber driver. Spoiler Alert: Look out for some very fake old-age makeup at the end!
Something I definitely wasn't expecting was the overwhelmingly positive response to Vartoosh. YouTube comments can be brutal, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much everyone liked me in this video.
KoA always does a Behind The Scenes video for everything they shoot... I'm in this one a lot, goofing around and even strangling a puppet! (He deserved it though.)
